Sunset lakes is an exclusive gated community situated 4 miles south west of Disney World. This premier development, although only 5/10 minutes drive from ALL THE DISNEY THEME PARKS, is set around two lovely lakes and is surrounded by conservation land.

(A veranda offers shade for those who'd prefer!)

The 30' Pool is provided with a safety barrier that can be installed for your child's safety, as well as the exterior doors all alarmed. The property itself is fully alarmed.

Onsite there is a large community swimming pool, a cabana; children's tot lot play area and a Gazebo.  Boats, not-powered,  are allowed on the lake.

A few minutes drive away there are numerous restaurants (including a McDonald's!), a 24hr supermarket, a medical centre and, believe it or not, even a beauty saloon with tanning beds! Highway 192 and interstate I4 take you to SEA WORLD, UNIVERSAL STUDIOS, ISLANDS OF ADVENTURE & WET & WILD in about 10/15 minutes.

 Golf courses are nearby, so bring your clubs or rent them.
